Do you accept international insurance?
Yes, we work with major international insurance providers including Bupa, Cigna, Allianz, and AXA. Our billing team handles direct claims and pre-authorization so you can focus on your health.
Can a family member accompany me?
Absolutely! We encourage companions. Family members are welcome at our centres, and we provide comfortable waiting areas. Your coordinator can assist with any arrangements for accompanying family.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank wire transfers, and cash (USD, EUR, SAR, AED). Payment plans are available for larger procedures. Full cost transparency with no hidden fees.
How long should I plan to stay in China?
It depends on your procedure: Health screenings require 1-2 days, dental work 3-7 days, minor surgeries 5-10 days, and major surgeries like joint replacement 10-14 days including recovery. We provide exact timelines in your treatment plan.
